David,
Facility #IL1435030 tap numbers Tp07 (Griswold well 2), Tp08 (Griswold well 3) and Tp12 (Griswold well 4) are all combined and pumping to a common clearwell now. We are no longer able to collect water samples from each well's effluent tap only from the common tap. I assume we need to have those taps removed from this facility and be given a new common tap #. Do I need to let you know this or someone in the compliance assurance department?
